This lake is so wonderful. Throughout the summertime months, highs regularly are in the 80's at Cow Lake. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Cow Lake are in the 0's. A delightful close by hotel is Quality       Inn & Suites On The River, and Sunlight Mountain has brilliant slopes and a friendly staff. At Cow Lake you don’t see much precipitation; throughout October this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of White River - South Fork in a kayak, and you can stay the night at Hill Creek Campground and Trailhead. Meadow Creek Campground is a fine campground nearby, and you can have a pleasant hiking                  adventure along the Fayville Trail. Take a hike on the Oyster Lake Trail, and Moss Lake is a good lake close by. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time.
