Rocky Wash Reservoir is a good lake right next door to County Line Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Wine Country Inn. At County Line Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; all through October this area sees the most rain; the driest month is January. Lots of people from Grand Junction come to County Line Reservoir, and Kannah Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. the Whitewater Basin Trail is great fun. This lake is so wonderful. County Line Reservoir is right by the Indian Point Trail, and paddling on Escalante Creek is so much fun.
