High temperatures at County Line Reservoir through the warm days of summer are in the 90's. Summer night lows fall down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at County Line Reservoir temperatures drop to the 10's. Head up to Powderhorn and strap some skis to your feet; if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn       Delta is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Glacier Spring Campground while you're here at County Line Reservoir, and hiking along the Indian Point Trail is delightful fun. Here at County Line Reservoir you'll most likely meet some people from Grand Junction, and whitewater paddling is good on Kannah Creek. Camping is available at Jumbo Reservoir Campground; you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Whitewater Basin Trail.                  This lake is so wonderful. Not much rainfall falls here at County Line Reservoir; October is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is January. You clearly must go for County Line Reservoir. A good nearby hotel is Best Western Sundance, and County Line Reservoir is right by the Spring Camp Trail.
