     There are other places here than Corrals Reservoir, for example Clyde Lake, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Twin Spring Trail. The warmest time of the year at Corrals Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's with overnight lows in the 30's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Corrals Reservoir temperatures dip to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Dolores River has a great  
   whitewater paddling spot close by. Lakes? Sure, Auto Way Spring Reservoir is in the neighborhood.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Echo Basin Dude And Guest Ranch, LLC is a delightful choice, and Copper Gulch is a delightful place to have a look at. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Corrals Reservoir; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
 
               Put some time aside to spend at Twin Spring while you're here at Corrals Reservoir, and do take a hike on the Stoner Mesa Trail.
This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. Camping is available at West Dolores Campground, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Spring Creek Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Dunton Hot Springs; hey, Spring Creek is a good local stream. If you came for an overnight stay Mavreeso Campground is a good site to camp; delightful scenery and great skiing is what you get at Hesperus Ski Center.

The lake is stocked with fish by the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) and open for public fishing. Public access is from highway 184 on the north side of the lake. There is a boat ramp. Fishing is allowed from the bank or from hand powered or trolling motor powered boats only. The public access is maintained by the DOW. The only facilities present is a boat ramp and a pit toilet. No fires, swimming or overnight camping is allowed....
