After a long day outdoors Dunton Hot Springs is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and a short trip to Twin Spring is always worthwhile. You could also go to Auto Way Spring Reservoir while you're here at Corrals Reservoir; it's nearby, and why not a little side journey to Spring Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along                  the Stoner Mesa Trail is delightful fun, and camping is available at West Dolores Campground. So many entertaining things to do here at Corrals Reservoir, too nice to be true. If the weather is fine here at Corrals Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Spring Creek Trail, and why not camp at Mavreeso Campground since you're here at Corrals Reservoir. Corrals Reservoir gets a common amount of yearly rain; throughout August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is June.
