It's always fun to stop by Coon Creek Reservoir Number 1. If you come at the right time of year, Kannah Creek offers some tremendous whitewater, and Coon Creek Reservoir Number 1 is good enough to spend more than a day at, Glacier Spring Campground is a good local campground. Coon Creek Reservoir Number 1 is pretty dry generally; of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain; January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Goldenwoods

here for a while, Spruce Grove Campground is a great location for that. If you need a place to stay Spruce Lodge Resort is a pleasant choice, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Coon Creek Reservoir Number 1; Godding Eisberry Grade is a good local trail.
