Go for a hike on the Mirror Lake Trail; Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a delightful site to get some rest. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Comanche Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows at Comanche Lake all through the wintertime       usually drop into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something right next door to Comanche Lake? Browns Lake is in the neighborhood, and Cache La Poudre River is a pleasant whitewater spot close by. Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and Comanche Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Long Draw Campground is a magnificent local campground.
