Columbine Lake is located in the Front Range. Nearby Arapaho Pass is a tremendous place to go if you're at Columbine Lake, and of course, this is a nice region for folks who like lakes, Lake Dorothy is a lake close at hand. Fraser River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Columbine Lake has to offer, you can camp at Crater Lake Campground. Having a wonderful time in the Front Range is easy. If

| | you need a spot to stay Bear Crossing Townhomes is a great choice; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Berthoud Pass. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Columbine Lake get into the 70's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Columbine Lake are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. along the Columbine Lake Trail, and you can hit the slopes at Winter Park nearby. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Front Range has to offer. Lakes are great; Caribou Lake is a lake that's near Columbine
Lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Boulder Creek. Columbine Lake is a location that is relatively dried out frequently; August is when you get the most rain here;
the driest of the months is February. Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Columbine Lake. The Arapaho Pass Trail is a perfect hiking trail next to Columbine Lake, and Mount Jasper is
pretty and can be distinguished from here. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. A nice nearby hotel is Sawmill Station, and Coyote Park is a pretty place any time of year. This lake is so wonderful. Near Columbine
Lake you come across the High Lonesome Trail which is a splendid hiking trail, and Columbine Lake is a perfect site to visit for more than one day, Meadow Creek Campground is a perfect site to camp nearby.
