Lots of precipitation falls at Clydes Cona Lake; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most snow, and the driest month of the year is June. This location, the San Juan Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing things. You could also pop by Brushfence Lake since you're here at Clydes Cona Lake; it's nearby, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Rio Chama. Any time       is a nice time at Clydes Cona Lake if you fancy the outdoors. There's so much to do here at Clydes Cona Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rio Chama RV Campground is a perfect place for that, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the V Rock Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The Fish Creek Trail is a tremendous hiking trail near Clydes Cona Lake; dry warm beds await you at Hotel & Shops. So much cool stuff to do in the San Juan Mountains,                  not enough time. Sixto Creek is a magnificent local stream. Clydes Cona Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Rivers Trailer Park is a pleasant local campground, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Leche Creek Trail. Foster Hotel Bar Restaurant is a tremendous spot to get some rest, and if you come at the right time of year, Rio Chama offers some good whitewater. Clydes Cona Lake is a beautiful lake in the San Juan Mountains. Summertime highs at Clydes Cona Lake typically tend to be in the 60's with night lows in the 40's.
