Through the warm months at Lake of the Clouds highs are commonly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lake of the Clouds. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay North Crestone Campground is a good place to camp; AppleLodge Bed And Breakfast       is a wonderful place to get some rest. This place rocks, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do near Lake of the Clouds. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Arkansas River; do take a hike on the Cotton Trail. A stunning lake like Cotton Lake in the vicinity of Lake of the Clouds is a tremendous place to explore, and Lake of the Clouds is right by the Hermit Lake Trail.
