This lake is so wonderful. The vista of Red Hill from Cliff Lake is scenic, and nearby you locate the Arapaho Creek Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area next to Cliff Lake has to offer. While you're here at Cliff Lake, you could also visit striking Disappointment Lake; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Steamboat is reasonably near. And if that's       not sufficient there's plenty more cool things to do in the Park Range. Go for a hike on the Rock Creek Trail, and Bundy Park is a gorgeous location any time of year. Arapaho Lakes is a nearby lake that you could check out, and you can stay the night at Wolford Campground. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Park Range. Two Ledge Dam is a spot that is close to Cliff Lake, and some of the water close by flows,                  like East Fork Arapaho Creek. The Park Range scenery is always beautiful. Going for a hike on the Grassy Run Trail is always a perfect adventure, and Cliff Lake is a fine location to visit for more than one day, Never Summer Nordic is a fine location to camp nearby. Cliff Lake is commonly a pretty waterless place; most of the rain falls during July; the driest month is February. For the duration of the summer highs here at Cliff Lake reach the 70's while night lows are commonly in the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's, and night lows at Cliff Lake through the winter usually descend into the 0's.
