     Clear Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Stay the night at Molas Lake Park, and don't leave Clear Lake without first going for a hike along the Highline Trail. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are really bountiful here at Clear Lake. You're perhaps addicted to lakes, Island Lake is one of those close by, and Ice Lake Basin is a brilliant location to stretch your legs a bit. Get drenched paddling on Lime Creek, and you can hit the slopes at Silverton  
   in the neighborhood.
Whitewater paddling is nice on Mineral Creek - South, and why not take a little spree to Clear Creek while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. There's splendid hiking along the Brooklyn Trail, and Telluride has brilliant slopes and a friendly staff. Summer at Clear Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer night lows sink down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime
 
               at Clear Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's.
Ice House Lodge is a splendid location to get some rest; at Clear Lake you can observe South Lookout Peak. A perfect place in close proximity to Clear Lake is Ophir Pass, and dry warm beds await you at Camels Garden. This lake is so wonderful. South Mineral Campground is a fine campground nearby. Lakes are good; Crystal Lake is a lake that's close to Clear Lake.
You truly must adore Clear Lake. The Sheep Trail offers hiking at its best. Not much precipitation falls here at Clear Lake; July is when you get the most rain here while June is frequently the driest month.
