Many people like to go to Clear Lake. The snow is pleasant at Arapahoe Basin; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Clear Creek. Good hiking is available along the Silver Dollar Lake Trail, and camping at Clear Lake Campground is always a fine experience. If you need a site to stay Georgetown Mountain Inn is a pleasant choice, and if you want to pop by some out of the ordinary stuff, pop by Pavillion Point.

folks who like lakes, Naylor Lake is a lake nearby. Summertime highs at Clear Lake typically tend to be in the 60's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Clear Lake temperatures drop to the 0's.
