You absolutely must love the Park Range. If the weather is pleasant here at Clark Spring Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Rock Creek Trail; a lake nearby is Horse Pond. A glorious place       for whitewater paddling close to Clark Spring Reservoir is Eagle River, and you could always discover Muddy Pass. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Clark Spring Reservoir you can take a hike along the Red Canyon Stock Driveway, and if you need a spot to stay Inn And Suites At Riverwalk is a perfect choice. James Spring Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and Beaver Creek is a good local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Piney Crossing Campground, and you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Cache Creek Access Trail. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eagle River, and everyone close by loves skiing at Vail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. It is very dried out here at Clark Spring Reservoir regularly; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. Summertime at Clark Spring Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Clark Spring Reservoir temperatures fall to the 0's.
