This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range. Man, is there heaps of entertaining things to do in the Front Range. At Churches Dam close to Churches Lower Lake there are some exciting things to see, and going for a hike on the Mesa Trail is always a great adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Clear Creek, and while you're here and you like golf, you can go to Fossil       Trace Golf Club. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Churches Lower Lake. High temperatures at Churches Lower Lake through the long summer days are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's, and night lows through the wintertime for Churches Lower Lake tend to be in the 10's. You clearly have to have a thing about the Front Range. If you need                  a place to stay Table Mountain Inn is a great choice, and if you came to camp Clear Creek RV Park is a delightful place to do that. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Churches Lower Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Golden Hotel Clarion Collection; Churches Lower Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Golden Clear Creek RV Park is a pleasant local campground. Churches Lower Lake is regularly a rather dry site; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January. Cross Creek is in the neighborhood of Churches Lower Lake and is always a joy to go to, and you can go for a hike on the Bear Peak Trail. Near Churches Lower Lake you discover the Beaver Brook Trail which is a glorious hiking trail; whitewater paddling is wonderful on Clear Creek. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of North Table Mountain can be seen from Churches Lower Lake, and if you've had enough of Churches Lower Lake, Blunn Reservoir is nearby.
