This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Ypsilon Lake Trail, and there are other places here       than Chipmunk Lake, for example Ypsilon Lake. Chipmunk Lake is a location that is relatively arid commonly; August is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is November. For the period of the days of summer at Chipmunk Lake highs are usually in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Chipmunk Lake dip into the 0's. This                  lake is so wonderful. Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and Bennett Creek is in the vicinity of Chipmunk Lake and is always a joy to have a look at.
