So many fun things in the Front Range, just tremendous. A tour to Rocky Mountain National Park is worthwhile, and Wild Basin is a great location to check out. At Chickadee Pond you don’t see much rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Ouzel Creek is a stream that you may encounter while you're here, and you can stay the night at Pawnee Lake Campground.       Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Front Range. After a long day outdoors Marys Lake Lodge is a great site to spend a night or two, and get wet paddling on Boulder Creek. This lake is so wonderful. The Saint Vrain Glacier Trail is a good hiking trail next to Chickadee Pond, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Saint Vrain Creek - North. This lake is located in the wonderful Front Range. This lake is so wonderful. Ouzel Lake is a fine lake                  near Chickadee Pond, and if you need a place to stay Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is a wonderful choice. Summertime highs at Chickadee Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while Chickadee Pond overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Chickadee Pond. A pretty lake like Castle Lakes in close proximity to Chickadee Pond is a good location to go to, and if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Lion Lake Trail. A magnificent vista of lovely Copeland Mountain is available from Chickadee Pond, and the snow is brilliant at Berthoud Pass. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Front Range. A visit to Mertensia Falls will fill your soul with tremendous feelings. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can visit Pear Dam, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Bluebird Lake Trail. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Chickadee Pond.
