At Chatfield Reservoir through the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Chatfield Reservoir dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Not much rainfall falls here at Chatfield Reservoir; the month with most of the snow is March; June meanwhile       is the driest month. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are really bountiful here at Chatfield Reservoir. Not far from Chatfield Reservoir, you'll stumble on Heart Lake which is a beautiful lake. This lake is so wonderful. Fairfield Inn & Suites Steamboat Springs is a wonderful location to get some rest; hiking is a popular thing to do around Chatfield Reservoir; Ute Trail is a glorious local trail.
