You'll need more than a day to explore everything Ceanothuse Lake has to offer, you can camp at Grizzly Creek Campground, and a lake nearby is Lower Rainbow Lake. It is very arid here at Ceanothuse Lake regularly; through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest month is August. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Park Range. If you need a location to stay       Winterwood Townhomes is a fine choice; going for a hike along the Rainbow Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Summer at Ceanothuse Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. For the period of the winter the highs are usually in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Ceanothuse Lake. So many cool things to do at Ceanothuse Lake, so little time. You'll                  never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Steamboat since you're here, and there are some wonderful whitewater spots on Elk River. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Howelsen Hill is one of those things you just have to do. Ceanothuse Lake is one of the lakes here in the Park Range. Middle Rainbow Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Ceanothuse Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Summit Lake Campground is a great spot for that, and if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Newcomb Creek Trail. These mountains rock, just explore all the cool stuff to do in the Park Range.
