This lake is located in the wonderful Front Range. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Caverly Reservoir. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Wintersteen Trail, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn Wellington is a glorious place to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Caverly Reservoir commonly tend to be in the 80's, and the nighttime is somewhat cooler of course, usually in the 50's. For the period of the winter

| | the highs are typically in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Caverly Reservoir. A splendid location for whitewater paddling right next door to Caverly Reservoir is Cache La Poudre River, and hiking along the Overland Trail is magnificent fun. with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River - North Fork. At Caverly Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; May is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture.
Just can't get enough of the Front Range. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Caverly Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Ft Collins N/Wellington KOA, and lots of folks from Fort Collins-Loveland come here. This
lake is so wonderful. Caverly Dam is worth a visit while you're here; why not have a look at nearby Park Creek while you're here at Caverly Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Caverly Reservoir, you could
also check out beautiful Cavelry Lake, and Caverly Reservoir is right by the Greyrock Trail. There's so much to do here at Caverly Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Fort Collins KOA is a brilliant spot for that, and Spitzer Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by.
