Caverly Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There are other places here than Caverly Reservoir, for example Cavelry Lake; nearby you discover the Greyrock Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. And if that's not sufficient there's heaps more fun stuff to do in the Front Range. Park Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit; a great close by hotel is Budget Host Inn Fort Collins. Now, you may assume that's

| | loads but there's even more fun things to do here in the Front Range. The Armstrong Hotel is a nice site to get some rest; Caverly Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Ft Collins N/Wellington KOA is a good local campground. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River, and you'll meet a lot of people from Fort Collins-Loveland here. Trail is a wonderful hiking trail nearby. All the outdoors fun stuff in the neighborhood of Caverly Reservoir will keep you coming back many times. Cache La Poudre River - North Fork has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby,
and there's some attention-grabbing stuff to distinguish at Caverly Dam near Caverly Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Overland Trail is always a great adventure. High temperatures at Caverly Reservoir
through the warm months are in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Caverly Reservoir. At Caverly
Reservoir you don’t see much rain; most of the rain falls through May while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range.
