There's whitewater on San Antonio River for all you adrenaline people; Twin Lakes is a wonderful lake close by. Having a magnificent time at Cave Lake Reservoir is uncomplicated. During the summertime months at Cave Lake Reservoir highs are typically in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's while Cave Lake Reservoir night low temperatures through the winter are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful.

There are some perfect whitewater spots on Rio Grande, and why not check out Cave Lake Dam while you're here. Around Cave Lake Reservoir you don’t get a lot of precipitation; through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Lakes? Sure, Cove Lake Reservoir is around here; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Alamosa Inn.
