It's always fun to stop by Castle Reservoir. High temperatures at Castle Reservoir all through the days of summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Castle Reservoir descend into the 0's. is so wonderful. Skiing at Vail is one of those things you just should do, and get soaked paddling on Eagle River. Any time is a good time at Castle Reservoir if you go for the outdoors. Camping at Castle Reservoir is delightful fun,
Shoe and Stocking Campground is a delightful local campground; if you need a site to stay Inn And Suites At Riverwalk is a good choice.
There is a pleasant hiking trail next to Castle Reservoir called the Rock Creek Trail, and
a good close by hotel is Arrowhead Village. Edwards Draw is a brilliant spot to look at; getting to Aspen Creek from Castle Reservoir is simple.
