    What a nice lake Castle Lakes is. Go for a hike on the Bluebird Lake Trail, and after a long day outdoors Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a fine spot to spend a night or two. There are glorious places to discover along the Lion Lake Trail, and Castle Lakes is good enough to spend more than a day at, Glacier Basin Campground is a good local campground. Around Castle Lakes you don’t get a lot of rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest  
   month is November.
Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Castle Lakes, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Castle Lakes temperatures drop to the 0's. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever wanna go back home again. If you haven’t been to Rocky Mountain National Park, you must schedule some time for it while you're here, and
 
               Keyboard of the Winds is an interesting thing to make out if you're here. Castle Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Front Range.
Just can't get enough of Castle Lakes. If you came to camp Longs Peak Campground is a pleasant site to do that, and everybody close by loves skiing at Winter Park. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of Castle Lakes. Good hiking is available along the Finch Lake-Pear Reservoir Trail, and get your heart pumping on the nice whitewater of Boulder Creek. That right there is heaps of entertaining stuff already but it goes on, the Front Range has it all.
Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Saint Vrain Creek - North, and Fan Falls is always fun to check out. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Chiefs Head Peak can be seen from Castle Lakes, and there's some flowing water close by, Ouzel Creek is a stream you can visit while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Wild Basin is a pretty site any time of year, and Marys Lake Lodge is a magnificent place to get some rest.
Yeah, come up here to the Front Range for a good time. Berthoud Pass is a nice local ski area, and Box Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at.
