Cartwheel Reservoir is regularly a reasonably dehydrated location; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. There are other places here than Cartwheel Reservoir, for example Mud Spring Reservoir, and a fine nearby hotel is Fairmont Franz Klammer Lodge. | | Dry Creek Trail, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Miguel River. Hiking along the Paradox Road is brilliant fun, and swing by North Creek it's a wonderful location to take a look at. This lake is located in the wonderful Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains, too tremendous to be true. Lakes? Sure, Goat Pen Reservoir is nearby; Cartwheel Reservoir is right by the Horsefly Trail.
