These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable things to do in the Front Range. Dry warm beds await you at Country Lodge; don't leave Carrol Lakes without first
going for a hike along the Schubarth Trail. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Shining Mountain Golf Club. Around Carrol Lakes you don’t get a lot of rain; during July this area sees the most rain; the
driest of the months is January.
If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Front Range. Camping at Carrol Lakes is delightful fun, Springdale Campground is a delightful local campground, and nice hiking is available along the Balanced Rock Trail.
