All year is a perfect time in the Front Range if you have a thing about the outdoors. A pleasant visit to Wolf Park is a great way to spend an afternoon,       and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Canon City is a magnificent site to spend a night or two. Now, you may assume that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Cannon Watershed Detention C-3 Reservoir. If you haven’t been to Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, you must schedule some time for it if you're here. Why not stop by Cotter Tailing Dam since you're here, unsurprisingly you could also stop by Cotter Tailing Impoundment                  while you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Canon City come to Cannon Watershed Detention C-3 Reservoir, and a lake close by is Cannon Watershed C-4 Reservoir. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Front Range. Go for a hike on the Sheeley Trail, and Grape Creek has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Tanner Trail is always a perfect adventure, and a golf course close by is Shadow Hills Golf Club. At Cannon Watershed Detention C-3 Reservoir all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. Highs during the winter are usually in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Cannon Watershed Detention C-3 Reservoir.
