Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in close proximity to Camp Lake. A good swamp in close proximity to Camp Lake is Rawah Bog, and not far from Camp Lake you'll stumble on Lower Sandbar Lake which is a gorgeous lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Hooligan Roost Campground if you're here at Camp Lake, and hiking along the McIntyre Lake Trail is nice fun. Camping is available at Browns Park Campground, and Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr is a pleasant site to get some rest. The Medicine Bow Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
