    What a nice lake C T Ritchey Reservoir is. C T Ritchey Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Peaks Trail, and Knights Inn Walensburg is a great location to get some rest.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at C T Ritchey Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Bearadise Cabins and RV Park is a great site for that, and since you might be in a lake visiting
 
   mood you can always pop by nearby Owens Reservoir Number 2. Around C T Ritchey Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls throughout August, and the driest month is January. C T Ritchey Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Circle The wagons RV Park is a good local campground, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Grandote Peaks Golf Course.
But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in
 
               the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. There are pleasant spots to discover along the Indian Creek Trail, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Rambler is a glorious place to spend a night or two. So many entertaining things to do at C T Ritchey Reservoir, so little time. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Eldora, and not far from C T Ritchey Reservoir you'll find H R Carson Reservoir Number 2 which is a beautiful lake. Through the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at C T Ritchey Reservoir; the night is a tad chillier of course, typically in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at C T Ritchey Reservoir dipping down into the 0's through winter nights.
Why not take a look at C T Ritchey Dam while you're here, and going for a hike on the Black Hills Trail is always a perfect adventure. Having a perfect time in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains is uncomplicated. Poison Canyon is near C T Ritchey Reservoir and is a great place; why not a little side spree to Indian Creek.
