There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Burgess Reservoir Number 2. Burgess Reservoir Number 1 is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and if you need a place to stay Country Lodge is a good choice. Campground At woodland Park is a fine campground nearby, and Rule Creek Dam is a picturesque place, undeniably worth a visit. So much exciting stuff in the Front Range, just incredible. A lake nearby is Rule Creek Reservoir, and you can have a good hiking

| | adventure along the Phantom Creek Trail. Soar down the rapids of South Platte River in a kayak, and the vistas at Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument will blow your mind. This lake is located in the wonderful Front Range. Summertime highs at Burgess Reservoir Number 2 mostly tend to be in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 40's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Burgess Reservoir | |

Number 2. This lake is so wonderful. Alpine Lakes Resort is a magnificent local campground, and do take a hike on the Rule Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The Cliff House Hotel at Pikes Peak is a wonderful location to get
some rest, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Shining Mountain Golf Club is in close proximity. And that's not all you can do here in the Front Range. If you come at the right time of year, South Platte
River offers some splendid whitewater, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Rule Ridge Trail. Burgess Reservoir Number 2 is a location that is reasonably waterless commonly; July is the month that gets the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest.
