Camping at Burgess Reservoir Number 2 is perfect fun, Campground At woodland Park is a perfect local campground, and a round of golf at nearby Shining Mountain Golf Club is a wonderful way to kill some time. Summer at Burgess Reservoir Number 2 arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during       the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; during the dark hours in the winter at Burgess Reservoir Number 2 temperatures descend to the 0's. Not much rain falls here at Burgess Reservoir Number 2; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is January. Good hiking is available along the Phantom Creek Trail; a wonderful close by hotel is Country Lodge. But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in                  the Front Range.
