Burch Lake gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls during May, and the driest of the months is January. Do pay a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park since you're here at Burch Lake. Throughout the days of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Burch Lake, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime       the highs are regularly in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Burch Lake. Just can't get enough of Burch Lake. Hiking along the Saddle Rock Trail is great fun. Lakes are good; Oligarchy Reservoir Number 1 is a lake that's near Burch Lake. Enjoy a round of golf at Haystack Mountain Golf Course & Driving Range not far from Burch Lake, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Independent Reservoir.                  This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Round Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Burch Lake is a perfect spot to visit for more than one day, Longmont Koa Kampground is a perfect spot to camp nearby. After a long day outdoors Residence Inn Boulder Longmont is a great place to spend a night or two, and a tremendous place nearby is Lykins Gulch. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Burch Lake you can take a hike along the Green Mountain Trail, and a fine nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LONGMONT.
