    Bullion King Lake is a lake worth visiting. East Basin is a delightful place any time of year, and Bullion King Lake is a splendid spot to visit for more than one day, South Mineral Campground is a splendid spot to camp nearby. Yeah, come up here to the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains for a perfect time. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Lime Creek, and why not a little side visit to Mill Creek. Hiking is a popular thing  
   to do around Bullion King Lake; Weehawken Pack Trail is a great local trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? Silverton is a perfect site to do that.
Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Bullion King Lake. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Bullion King Lake dip into the 10's. Be careful coming to the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains,
 
               you might not ever want to return back home again. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Mineral Creek - South; if you need a site to stay Camels Garden is a good choice. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff near Bullion King Lake will keep you coming back time and again. There's magnificent hiking along the Greyhound Pack Trail; you can stay the night at Molas Lake Park.
Having a splendid time at Bullion King Lake is easy. After a long day outdoors Ice House Lodge is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and if you're here, you might as well visit Big Horn Gulch. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Kendall Mountain, and do put some time aside to spend at Chattanooga Hot Spring if you're here at Bullion King Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. At Bullion King Lake you can spot Ingram Peak, and while you're here, you could also check out stunning Silver Lake. That right there is lots of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains has it all. At Bullion King Lake you don’t see much rain; most of the rain falls during July, and June is when it's the driest.
Don't leave Bullion King Lake without first going for a hike along the Brooklyn Trail, and do pop by Lewis Lake, it's a lovely lake.
