Have a good hiking adventure along the Stoner Stock Trail; from Bull Lake you get a good sight of North Mountain. On a wonderful day at Bull Lake you can take a hike along the Stoner Mesa Trail. There's so much to do here at Bull Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Emerson Campground is a good place for that. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful spot for whitewater paddling right next door       to Bull Lake is San Miguel River. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Bull Lake has to offer, you can camp at Miramonte Reservoir Campground. For the period of the summertime months here at Bull Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 90's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Bull Lake during the wintertime regularly drop into the 10's. While you're here                  at Bull Lake you can take a hike along the Fish Creek Trail, and you can run the rapids of San Miguel River. After a long day outdoors Dunton Hot Springs is a delightful location to spend a night or two. Bull Lake is ordinarily a reasonably dried up location; October is the month that gets the most rain, and June on the other hand is the driest. So many amusing things to do here at Bull Lake, too good to be true.
