What a nice lake Buffalo Lake is. What a location this is for outdoors folks. It's a glorious idea to go to East Cross Creek, it's near Buffalo Lake; you can hit the slopes at Beaver Creek close by. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Sawatch Range is excellent! Do stop by Waterdog Lake close to Buffalo Lake, it's a picturesque lake. There's so much to do here at Buffalo Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Gold Park Campground is a wonderful

This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Buffalo Lake has to offer, you can camp at Half Moon Campground, and the nice people of Edwards like to hang out nearby. Centennial Condominiums is a good location to get some rest, and Buffalo Lake is right by the Fall Creek Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff near Buffalo Lake. While you're here at Buffalo Lake you can play some golf at Beaver Creek Golf Course, | |

and why not take a refreshing hike along the Half Moon Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. A pretty lake like Olsen Lake near Buffalo Lake is a wonderful place to go to, and get covered with water paddling on Eagle River. Throughout
the warmest time of the year highs here at Buffalo Lake get into the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Buffalo Lake.
It is very dehydrated here at Buffalo Lake regularly; the wettest month of the year is typically July, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
A pleasant nearby hotel
is Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort And Spa; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Vail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Sawatch Range has to offer. The vista of Grouse Mountain
from Buffalo Lake is delightful; hiking along the Nottingham Ridge Trail is splendid fun. Buffalo Lake is located in the Sawatch Range.
