     Lakes are such calm locations, why not explore Buckhorn Lake Number 2 in the neighborhood of Buckhorn Lake Number 1, and Quality Inn & Suites is a fine place to get some rest. Near Buckhorn Lake Number 1 you hit upon the Lou Creek Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. There's so much to do here at Buckhorn Lake Number 1 that you need to camp here for a while, Cimarron Campground is a brilliant place for that. Summertime highs at Buckhorn Lake Number 1 frequently  
   tend to be in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's while Buckhorn Lake Number 1 night low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's. Sawtooth Rocks is something you shouldn't miss since you're here at Buckhorn Lake Number 1, and paddling on Cimarron River is so much fun.
