If you are in Montrose county it's always a good idea to stop by Buckeye Reservoir. At Buckeye Reservoir throughout the summer highs are in the 90's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; nighttime lows at Buckeye Reservoir through the winter ordinarily drop into the 10's. The Radium Trail offers hiking at its best, and as expected Buckeye Creek flows through this area.
