Do stop by Buck Lake while you're in this part of Colorado. That right there is a heap of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Front Range has it all. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Saint Vrain Creek - North, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Bright Trail. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful.

| | good hiking trail near Buck Lake called the Beaver Reservoir Cut-Off Trail, and do pay a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park if you're here at Buck Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Marys Lake Lodge, and camping is available at Middle Saint Vrain Campground. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever wanna return home again.
