A perfect location to camp here at Bruce Park Reservoir is Dyke Creek Campground, and do take a hike on the Terror Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Bull Park is a glorious location to check out, and not far from       Bruce Park Reservoir you get some glorious water scenery at Bruce Park Dam. East Fork Terror Creek is a good place to go to; you can have a glorious hiking adventure along the Hammond Trail. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Camping at Paonia is always a nice experience, and Grouse Spring is an inspiring location to pop by while you're here. Bruce Park Reservoir gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; the wettest month of the year is mostly                  March, that's the one that rains the most, and June meanwhile is the driest month. Interesting geology is available here; Iron Point is right next door to Bruce Park Reservoir; get covered with water paddling on Gunnison River - North Fork. Dry warm beds await you at Sunlight Mountain Inn, and hiking along the Elk Park Trail is great fun.
