     Bristol Head Reservoir Number 2 is a nice lake to visit. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is plentiful here in the San Juan Mountains. Around Bristol Head Reservoir Number 2 you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Going for a hike on the Long Ridge Stock Driveway is always a good adventure, and glide down the rapids  
   of Rio Grande in a kayak.
Camping at Rio Grande Campground is always a wonderful experience, and glorious hiking is available along the McKenzie Stock Driveway. Now, you may believe that's a load but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Bristol Head Reservoir Number 2. A splendid place to camp here at Bristol Head Reservoir Number 2 is Ivy Creek Campground and Trailhead, and the sight of gorgeous Antelope Mountain is nice. Summer brings highs
 
               in the 70's to Bristol Head Reservoir Number 2, and the night is somewhat colder of course, frequently in the 30's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows at Bristol Head Reservoir Number 2 throughout the wintertime ordinarily sink into the-10's.
Bristol Head Reservoir Number 2 is one of the lakes here in the San Juan Mountains. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the San Juan Mountains. A short journey to Antelope Spring is always worthwhile, and of course, this is a fine neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Ghost Lake is a lake close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Best Value High Country Lodge is a pleasant location to get some rest, and you can go for a hike on the Middle Creek Stock Driveway.
