Bristol Head Reservoir Number 1 is pretty dried out frequently; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's       the one that rains the most while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Drift down the rapids of Rio Grande in a kayak; you can never get enough of the great skiing at Silverton.
