At Brady Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Brady Lake. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors just come on       up to the Sawatch Range. Get your heart pumping on the magnificent whitewater of Homestake Creek, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Sopris Lake. Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is plentiful here in the Sawatch Range. Sopris Creek flows through this neighborhood, and camping is available at Mary Queen Campground. A brilliant spot for whitewater paddling close to Brady Lake is Eagle River, and the skiing at Ski Cooper                  is fine. Man, is there a heap of amusing stuff to do close to Brady Lake. From Brady Lake you get a perfect panorama of Savage Peak, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Main Range Trail. If only every location had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great globe it would be. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Beaver Creek is close to Brady Lake; there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called the Highline Trail. Not far from Brady Lake, you'll locate Lake Esther which is a striking lake; a wonderful nearby hotel is The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Gold Park Campground is always a good experience, and after a long day outdoors Christie Lodge is a great site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is perfect here at Brady Lake, you can go for a hike along the Half Moon Trail, and the great people of Edwards like to hang out nearby.
