Many people like to go to Boyce Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay East Rim Condos at Purgatory is a good choice, and get wet paddling on Lime Creek. Be careful coming to Boyce Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. Go for a hike on the East Fork Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Animas River. From a rainfall point of view Boyce Lake is a pretty typical place; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most

These mountains rock, just check out all the fun things to do in the San Juan Mountains. Camping at Lime Creek Campground is always a splendid experience; a pleasant trip to Purgatory Flat is a fine way to spend an afternoon. This lake is so wonderful. Kendall Mountain has good slopes and a friendly staff. Boyce Lake is one of the lakes here in the San Juan Mountains.

outdoors just come on up to the San Juan Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Angel Haus Condominiums, and perfect skiing awaits you at Silverton. Boyce Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Purgatory Campground is
a perfect local campground, and nearby you come across the Highline Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. All through the summertime months at Boyce Lake highs are mostly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the
30's. During the winter highs are regularly in the 30's with temperatures at Boyce Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights.
Going for a hike on the Circle Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and obviously Lime Creek flows through this vicinity.
