If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Boulder Reservoir. Boulder Reservoir gets very little rainfall; May is the month that gets the most rain; January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Near Boulder Reservoir you stumble on the Mesa Trail which is a great hiking trail; Rocky Mountain National Park is a very good place to check out. | | Boulder Creek; the Green Mountain Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Little Dry Creek is right next door to Boulder Reservoir and is always a joy to go to. There's so much to do here at Boulder Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Longmont Koa Kampground is a great location for that. This lake is so wonderful.
