It is very dehydrated here at Bonnie Meade Reservoir mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is January. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Rambler; Beckwith Reservoir is a great lake close by. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable       things next to Bonnie Meade Reservoir. Bonnie Meade Dam is a pretty location near Bonnie Meade Reservoir, and there are magnificent places to explore along the San Carlos Trail. Some of the water nearby flows, like Little Graneros Creek, and Days Inn Colorado is a magnificent site to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Bonnie Meade Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Pueblo South KOA is a glorious location for that; going for a hike on                  the Greenhorn Trail is always a fine adventure.
