If you're interested in cool geologic traits, try Lands End, and a tremendous place for whitewater paddling is Kannah Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Wine Country Inn is a pleasant choice, and Bolen Dam is an exciting thing to check out. Man, is there a lot of entertaining things to do near Bolen Reservoir. The Coal Creek Trail offers hiking at its best,       and Jumbo Reservoir Campground is a great campground nearby. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Bolen Reservoir. Summer night lows drop down to the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are commonly in the 30's, and night lows at Bolen Reservoir during the wintertime commonly sink into the 10's. Best Western Clifton Inn is a tremendous place to get some rest; you can run the rapids of Kannah Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do                  around Bolen Reservoir; Spring Camp Trail is a tremendous local trail. Bolen Reservoir is regularly a pretty dehydrated site; October is the wettest month with most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. Bolen Reservoir is a great place to visit for more than one day, Glacier Spring Campground is a great place to camp nearby; a day on the slopes of Powderhorn is just what you need.
