Not far from Bob Lake, you'll find Betty Lake which is a scenic lake, and if you need a place to stay Iron Horse Resort is a brilliant choice. Just can't get enough of the Front Range. You can run the rapids of Clear Creek - West Fork in the vicinity of Bob Lake, and why not camp at Buckingham Campground if you're here at Bob Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Beaver Village Condominiums, and the Devils Thumb Trail offers hiking at its       best. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Bob Lake without first checking out Devils Thumb, and Bob Lake is right by the King Lake Trail. Throughout the months of summer, highs typically are in the 70's at Bob Lake, and the nighttime is slightly colder of course, usually in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's while Bob Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. This lake is located in the wonderful Front Range.                  Bob Lake is commonly a rather dry site; during August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. At Bob Lake you can spot Mount Epworth; what would winter be without some skiing at Berthoud Pass. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Bob Lake. A good place to go to near Bob Lake is Devils Thumb Pass, and hey, Gotta ski right? Winter Park is a perfect site to do that. Hiking along the South Boulder Creek Trail is tremendous fun; there are other locations here than Bob Lake, for example King Lake. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Bob Lake. Camping is available at Fourth of July Campground. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Front Range.
