What a nice lake Blue Lake is. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Mineral Creek - South, and Bridal Veil Dam is a beautiful place. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Blue Lake. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are regularly in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Blue Lake.

A round of golf at nearby Telluride Ski & Golf Club is a wonderful way to kill some time; why not head up to Silverton and strap some skis to your feet. All the outdoors fun things in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains will keep you coming back many times. by Telluride.
Yeah, come up here to the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains for a splendid time. If you need a place to stay Ice House is a glorious choice; brilliant hiking is available along the Brooklyn Trail. And that's not all
you can do here at Blue Lake. The Weehawken Pack Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. There's splendid hiking along the Greyhound Pack Trail, and Bridal Veil Falls is a glorious local attraction.
From Blue
Lake you acquire a delightful view of Ingram Peak; a great close by hotel is Ice House Lodge. Blue Lake is a location that is relatively dried up regularly; all through July this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is June.
This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Blue Lake Number 1; a great place like Bridal Veil Basin here at Blue Lake is too pleasant to miss.
