What a nice lake Blue Lake is. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Front Range. The slopes of Berthoud Pass are so inviting nobody can resist, and getting to Icy Brook from Blue Lake is trouble-free. And if you're still looking for more outdoors fun stuff just keep reading. Drift down the rapids of Saint Vrain Creek - South in a kayak, and Alberta Falls is a glorious local attraction.

| | the Front Range, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Blue Lake is a location that is pretty dry mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain while November is mostly the driest month. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do close to Blue Lake. Camping at Blue Lake is splendid fun, Glacier Basin Campground is a splendid local campground, and Blue Lake is right by the East Longs Peak Trail.

be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 30's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while Blue Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
The top of Arrowhead is easily observed from Blue Lake, and the Long Peak Trail offers hiking at its best. Not far from Blue Lake, you'll hit upon Black Lake which is a striking lake, and Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is a perfect place
to get some rest.
You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Front Range. Boulder Field is a fine place to check out, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Loch Vale Trail. Paddling
on Saint Vrain Creek - North is so much fun, and a cool spot to take a look at is Chasm View. If you wish for a little side trip, try Granite Pass, and Rocky Mountain National Park is a very wonderful place to have a look at.
This lake is so wonderful. A nice close by hotel is Peak To Peak Lodge Inc., and Blue Lake is a perfect location to camp, Estes Park Campground is a perfect location.
