Blue Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Blue Lake is usually a relatively dried out place; of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is June. Cathedral Peak is a peak you can distinguish from Blue Lake. There's so much to do here at Blue Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Smith Fork Campground is a magnificent site for that. Why not stop by Bottle Stomp Dam since you're here; don't forget to take a good little tour to North Dyer Creek. If you came to camp Mesa Creek Campground is a splendid place to do that; there's whitewater on Cimarron River for all you thrill seekers. This lake is so wonderful.

if it's for you then we recommend Cimarron River, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Through Line Trail. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Blue Lake. Lakes? Sure, Bottle Stomp Reservoir is nearby, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Cureranti Pass Trail.
