At Blodgett Lake through the summertime months highs are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's. Through the winter the highs are frequently       in the 30's, and overnight lows at Blodgett Lake throughout the wintertime generally sink into the 0's. Blodgett Lake is located in the Sawatch Range. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Beaver Creek is in the vicinity of Blodgett Lake, and the great people of Edwards like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Lake Charles Trail, and Strawberry Lakes is a nearby lake that you could visit. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Sawatch Range. A splendid location for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Blodgett Lake is Fryingpan River, and a perfect close by hotel is Hyatt Mountain Lodge. It is very dried up here at Blodgett Lake generally; throughout the month of July you get the most rain around here; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
