It's always fun to stop by Black Mountain Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Trouble Hill is near Black Mountain Lake and is a fine site; obviously Big Buck Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth a visit. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the San Juan Mountains has to offer. Lakes are perfect; Castle Number 4 Reservoir is a lake that's close to Black Mountain Lake, and if you came to camp Highlander RV Campground is a perfect place

| | to do that. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The San Juan Mountains is excellent! Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Lake Fork Gunnison River; after a long day outdoors Silver Spur Motel is a good place to spend a night or two.

are ordinarily in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Black Mountain Lake. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things
near Black Mountain Lake. There's whitewater on Rio Grande for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and if you need a site to stay Matterhorn Motel is a delightful choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Black Mountain Lake is right by
the Cebolla Trail. The Long Ridge Stock Driveway offers hiking at its best; the peak of Black Mountain can be observed from Black Mountain Lake. Camping at Riverfork Campground is always a great experience, and there's magnificent
hiking along the Fern Creek Stock Driveway.
This lake is one of the great places here in the San Juan Mountains.
