Black Lake Number 2 is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Man, is there a load of cool stuff to do in the Park Range. Timber Creek Condominums is a wonderful spot to get some rest, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Vail. This lake is so wonderful. Shrine Pass is a good place to pop by close to Black Lake Number 2, and Uneva Peak is painless to spot from Black Lake Number 2. No way I can stop, cause I'm

There's so much to do here at Black Lake Number 2 that you need to camp here for a while, Black Lakes Campground is a good location for that, and close by you hit upon the Wheeler Dillion Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. If you need a place to stay New Village is a magnificent choice, and if you came to camp Gore Creek Campground is a tremendous place to do that. Black Lake Number 2 is one of the lakes here | |

in the Park Range. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Arkansas River. Summertime highs at Black Lake Number 2 ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the
40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Black Lake Number 2. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous location for whitewater paddling right next door to Black Lake
Number 2 is Arkansas River, and going for a hike on the Deluge Lake Trail is always a wonderful adventure. You truly must fancy the Park Range. People from Silverthorne love to come to Black Lake Number 2; there are brilliant spots
to explore along the Wheeler Trail. At Black Lake Number 2 you don’t see much rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest. Gore Lake is a tremendous lake in close proximity to Black Lake Number 2, and Copper Mountain is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood.
