There's so much to do here at Black Lake Number 1 Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Gore Creek Campground is a perfect spot for that, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Deluge Lake Trail. People from Silverthorne love to come to Black Lake Number 1 Reservoir, and do take a hike on the Wheeler Dillion Trail. Black Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at; do visit Corral Creek since you're here at Black Lake Number 1 Reservoir. at Black Lakes Campground. Uneva Peak is clearly visible from Black Lake Number 1 Reservoir; if you need a place to stay Carbonate Copper Mountain is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the
good whitewater of Arkansas River; dry warm beds await you at Copper Mountain Resort. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. At Black Lake Number 1 Reservoir through the days of summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is
down it falls down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's while Black Lake Number 1 Reservoir overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 0's. The snow is good at Copper Mountain, and
Shrine Pass is another magnificent place to stop at close by. Around Black Lake Number 1 Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rainfall; through July this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
